Según informó el portal TMZ, la policía encontró en su casa 20 botellas de testosterona cuando acudieron a su casa después de que sufriera el desmayo. El informe policial ha revelado que cuando cayó al suelo se echó la mano al pecho. Cuando se desvaneció se encontraba con su pareja, quien no fue capaz de reanimarle y llamó a los servicios de emergencias. La mujer explicó que Rich Piana había superado su adicción a los opiáceos pero que ella había intentado que se recuperara en aquel momento inyectando Narcan por si se hubiera tratado de una sobredosis. Rich Piana, conocido culturista que llevaba 25 a�os tomando esteroides y que contaba con m�s de un mill�n de seguidores en Instagram, muri� de una sobredosis a los forty six a�os. Rich Piana es un fisicoculturista de 45 años que ha admitido que consume esteroides desde los 18 años. Desde los 18 años, reconoció que se inyectaba esteroides, y muchos agradecían su honestidad al hablar abiertamente sobre este tema, y en algún momento habló sobre la importancia de tomarlos y dejarlos en ciclos, los cuales, señalaba, "tenía controlados". Al momento en que la policía entró a su casa el día que se desplomó, encontraron 20 botes de testosterona vacíos, a lo cual era adicto. Según The Solar, la policía también encontró un "polvo blanco", que se presume, period cocaína. Rich fue ingresado al hospital donde se supo, había sufrido una sobredosis, que algunos han señalado fue de esteroides, y otros, que se debía a su supuesta adicción a la cocaína. Piana pesa cerca de 140 kg, y suele aparecer en público junto a su esposa, Sarah. En tercer lugar, es best para ciclos de aumento de volumen y de corte.
